Why Death Penalty always given before the Sunrise

I am a backer in Karachi Bar Association, Pakistan. One day a companion of mine made an inquiry to me, why capital punishment execution constantly done at before dawn and after fajr petition in Pakistan? I don't have the appropriate response of that inquiry, so I chose to look through the privilege and right answer of that inquiry. I approached to my partners and seniors for the appropriate response however nobody has the precise answer. Everyone has his own particular answer however my enthusiasm was not mollified, so I continue scanning for this answer.

I went to numerous sites for that, and there were not insignificant rundown of answers of that inquiry. Like.....

v When a DOE (date of execution) is passed on it determines a specific date. Another day starts at 12:00am, or midnight. Executions are normally completed in the initial couple of hours of another day. It is additionally a period when the general jail populace is settled and resting, the staff at that point can concentrate on the execution.

v Every state has its own laws on how and what time they do capital punishment. These choices made by administrators, are affected by elements, for example, group and media control.

v This is a convention, not a hard run the show. The thought is that it permits the detainee the chance to get a night's rest and be completely refreshed and in this manner most casual; and does not need to sit tight throughout the day for the end.
